Remembering Chris Van Oostenryck, The interactions with my Belgian colleagues over the long period that I was in Europe shaped my understanding of the special culture of Belgium in a way that brought me personal benefits. The stories that Chris shared with us provided positive energy to our HQ office. He was a fixture in our Brussels office on Ave Louise, as CSC grew to become a major player in today's computer services market. He was part of the beginning. My two Belgian born children, David and Lauren, remind me from time to time of how they appreciated the reunion in 2005, when they had the opportunity to meet Chris and other members of the old CSC Europe HQ team.
